You can view our list of insurance plans we accept below, but it is always a good idea to verify with  your insurance company that Antelope Women’s Center is a preferred provider.

Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept checks and most major credit cards at our office.

Some insurance plans may require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this differs by plan, please check with your insurance company so you can receive complete benefits from your coverage. We also have trained in-house staff who can answer many of your insurance questions.

Please be prepared with your insurance card, valid photo identification and co-payment at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Thank you.
